At the Nov. 18, 2025, Board of County Commissioners hearing, the Commission voted to defer hearing the South Coors Boulevard Sector Development Plan for ninety days to obtain additional public input. The hearing will now take place at 3pm on Tuesday Feb. 10, 2026, at the Ken Sanchez Commission Chambers on the ground floor of Alvarado Square, 415 Silver Avenue SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
